More Mr. Sanchos questions

Thanks to everyone posting info about Mr. Sanchos (love the pics).

I am still confused with some things.

We are an extended family going with all ages. Some want to do add-ons, like horse back riding.

My questions:

1. Must you book the AI in advance and if so, how? I just called Cozumel Tours www.cozumel-tours.com/mr-sanchos-beach-club.htm and they don't book the "AI beach only" anymore but do book the horse tour. The horse tour booking includs lunch but not the AI (confused about how that would work)

2. What if only some want the AI? Are we then separated?

3. Can we just show up that day, pay on the spot for the AI and also, book the horse tour on the spot for those that want to do it or is the horse tour with another company?
