Sensation Sunday NFL?

Where on board the Sensation can you watch the NFL games? They don't have a sports bar. I am thinking maybe the Mirage bar by the casino or the Michaelangelo's? Any feedback would be great!

The bar with the stairwell that leads down into the dining room, is the sportsbar.

 

They will only have whatever games are playing on the Miami networks. (used to be the Denver networks)

 

So just check TV Guide.com for the week of your cruise and put Miami in the search.

From experience on the Sensation....

 

Remember, since you are leaving on Sunday, they will shut down all the TVs all over the ship at around 2:45-3PM for the muster drill.

 

Won't turn them back on until about 30 minutes after the muster drill is over.

 

So you won't be able to see the end of whatever 1PM game/games you are watching and you won't see the start of the 4PM game.

 

Denver is at Miami at 1PM so that is guaranteed to be the CBS game then.

(so that means zero chance for Hou@Ten, Sea@Cle, SD@NYJ )

 

Not sure which network has the double header that week, but 2 games on each network at 4PM.

 

The Colts at Saints will be on NBC at 8PM in your cabin or the sportsbar.

 

The Ravens at Jags will be on in the sportsbar on Monday night. (not in the cabins though)

Thanks for all of that detailed info, Bill. My wife is a Jet fan, my Giants have the bye that week. I do watch all of the Jet games to support NY, though apparently not on this cruise!

If you are a Directv subscriber and have the Sunday Ticket, you can always stream whatever game you want over the phone. As long as you have either a cell signal or an internet signal, you have your NFL.

 

I totally watched a few games last year on a flight that had Wifi. Everyone else thought I was the coolest kid on the plane.
