Zleep Astoria Budget hotel - anyone been lately?

Thanks to Danish Viking, I was able to learn about another hotel option, Zleep Astoria hotel (about an 8 min. walk to Tivoli), but since it is new owners since July 1st, I can't find any recent reviews to see how things are going. The older reviews about this hotel aren't very good.

This is what Danish Viking's post says, "This new budget next to the central station and Tivoli opened in july, they also have hotels in Ballerup and Ishøj some 20-25 minutes from Copenhagen with the S-trains line A and E for Ishøj and C and H for Ballerup."
