Normandie reservations

I tried to make Normandie reservations on a May 6, 2005 cruise through the captain's Club two weeks ago and was told today that there is a "computer problem" and all the requests will be forwarded to the ship before embarcation and they will notify me on the ship if my request can be granted. Ever hear of such a thing?

This happened to me just a few weeks ago. I was told that that they were having computer problems. But I received a followup phonecall a few days later confirming my reservation.
