We are a group of six (4 men, 2 women) going on the Brilliance of the Seas Nov 3, 2011. Would love to know who else is going and meet at the FOD social.

Also: Dubai is officially pretty thoroughly antigay. A few years ago, two female tourists were thrown in jail for a month for a PDA...kind of lenient, really, considering "sodomy" is punishable by ten years. The only gay club was shut down by the government. An international book festival purged itself of GLBT content, and was boycotted by many internationally known authors as a result. Maybe it's not as murderous as Saudi Arabia, but it's in the Jamaica ballpark. I'd watch myself, if I were you. And I personally would never spend a damn dirham there.
