Grocery stores near the westin in Hollywood beach

Can anyone tell me what is around the Hollywood beach Westin as far as restaurants and grocery or liquor stores.....Thanks

There is a Publix Supermarket that also has a Publix Liquor Store on Hallandale Beach Blvd about 1 or 1 1/2 miles west of the Hallandale Beach Blvd bridge. The Publix is east of US route 1 (aka Federal Hwy). You would have to take a cab (if no rental car), but it is very close to Ross Dress for Less, Burlington Coat Factory, and Gulf Stream Park (casino, shops, and very good restaurants).

There's a 7-11 right beside the Crowne Plaza just down the road from the Diplomat, if what you are after is the type of stuff sold in that type of store. There is also a Walmart immediately over the bridge on the right.

 

There's not really much in the way of restaurants in the immediate area of the hotel, as it's mostly condo. There are the restaurants in the Diplomat itself, as well as in the Crowne Plaza, and a takeout pizza place across and just south from the Diplomat. There's also a small casual restaurant on the beach behind the watertower across from the Crowne Plaza. There are a bunch over on Hallandale across from Walmart and going all the way down past US1.
