Prepay tips

Can you pay your tip charges in advance? If so, how? I am sailing in 4 weeks and would like to have it all done with. Also - how does the sail and sign card work? Never sailed before.

Adding prepaid gratuities will depend on how you booked your cruise. If you used a TA you can call them. If you booked directly, you can call Carnival and have them added. If you do not prepay, they will charge your sail and sign card $10 per person per per day at the beginning of the cruise. I always prepay the tips. That way I have more money to play with in the casino:D

If you booked with Carnival call them and they can add them to your account~ same with a TA I think~

as for the S&S card~ that is your room key, your payment card for drinks, in the shops, for bingo, for anything you want to purchase on the ship~ you must take it off the ship with you in ports as that lets the ship know if you are on or off~ it can also be used in the casino~

No worries, you wouldn't have made it off the ship without it. They put it thru the machine so they have a count of who left.

How do you pre-pay them? Can I just call and pay now? If you put anything your on board account now and were to cancel, would you get this money back?

We just pre-paid our tips the other day (we sail in Sept.). Since we booked thru our regular PVP, we just called him, and had him charge the gratuities to our credit cards. FYI: We are 3 gals cruising in the same cabin, so we all had to agree to pre-pay the tips. It would not have worked if only one of us pre-paid.
