Day 2 Nassau Continued:

Ms. Allure was Docked by 7 am, we got off about

9:30 and All Aboard was 1:30 pm so we really

didn't have much time...9 of us in the

group took a Van Taxi to Atlantis

it was $4 each way per person...

you don't have to walk far to get a taxi...

ride to Atlantis was very scenic

We just walked around Atlantis and took some pics...

to go the Pool and Aquarium that you hear

so much about was a lot of $$'s so we declined..

we asked the driver to meet us to take us

back to the ship and he was

there at the designated time no problem...

Back in Town we walked thru some of the

gift shops and went to the grocery store

to get a few items, it was really, really hot

that day and I wasn't feeling well

so we didn't make it to the Straw Market...

Me and the Sisters went back to the ship...

we ordered some room service

(no chicken fingers on the menu any more)...

I kind of cooled out for a while...

I think they may have had their

Flash Mob rehearsal that day...

it's done and you shouldn't ask...;)

some of them are amazing...A couple of the

ones we received we didn't know what they

were .....but our cabin steward tried...

here's one from her and a couple other ones I found

Here's another really great picture of the wine selection area outside of the MDR...Thx nenner1

The MDR on Allure at each deck has a large comfortably furnished waiting area, complete with these by-the-glass wine dispensers. (They are on each deck). Just swipe your Sea Pass card! Ingenious!

Day 2 evening's show was Oceanaria

IMG_2382.jpg

This show is Awesome...the show is of course held in the Aqua Theatre...We thought we were early when we arrived about 8:30p for the 9:00p show but it turns out that a lot of folks arrived way before that...We were still able to get good seats as the area is a nice size so no matter where you sit you really have a pretty good view....

this theatre is also the theatre that people like to watch shows from the public balconies above...we wanted to be down close and personal so we elected to sit in the theatre...

Thanks 2anitatom for these:

Dazzles (Aft,Deck 8 and 9) is a club we visited every evening and it is also where the Meet and Mingle usually is held...

you will find different music in there every evening...on Day 2 it was the music from the 80's, one night it was 70's, they also had a Michael Jackson Night...you may even find a night of Big Band music...It is a double deck club with a pretty large dance floor..we all love to dance so we spent several evenings in this venue...

here are some videos to check out so you can see what a wonderful time we had...
