Cocoa Beach Courtyard or Hampton Inn?

Does anyone have experience with these two hotels? We are a family of five arriving the day before our 11/20 departure on FOS. Both seem to have similar rates.

We stayed in January at the Courtyard Cocoa Beach. Was a very nice hotel and we would stay there again. Nice rooms, nice lounge, friendly staff.

The two hotels are right next to each other. Both are nice and have access to the beach. If you are a member of one of their loyalty programs stay with that one, if you belong to both flip a coin, if not go with the lower cost choice. I'm sure you will be pleased with either one from what I have heard from others who have stayed at both properties.
