I have a question, we are going Sept 1st to Cozomel. Looking out at the weather, we may or may not be having a Hurricane to contend with. SO if you book at very expensive shore excursion through them, and get to Mexico in sub tropical storm, how do they handle that? DO they refund money to you on the spot? Say sorry your out your money and you can't go? What is their policy?

If the excursion is cancelled due to weather, they will refund your money.

If the excursion goes on but you don't want to go because it's raining, no refund.

If the storm is very bad, they will reroute the entire cruise ship around it, so your ports may change or be visited in a different order.
