We celebrated my niece and nephews bithday with this on Allure. It was actually very nice and since we had 10 family members cruising with us it worked out great.

They had a table set up with decorations and balloons. We had cheese and pepperoni pizzas (as many as you wanted). We also had a cake and a huge platter of cookies. They gave everyone as much ice cream and toppings as you wanted served in a cute Royal Caribbean ice cream dish with spoon that each person got to take home. We also received a coupon for another serving of ice cream during the cruise. There were also coupons for free tatoo, discount on pets at sea, etc.

It is a little expensive, but Grandma wanted to do it to celebrate the kid's birthdays since both of them were during the cruise. The kids loved it and it did make for a special celebration.
