FLL Post Cruise

Our post cruise flight time has been moved to an earlier time. We were going to fly out of Miami as it had the only non stop flight in the early afternoon. The time has been moved up to 11:35AM. We feel this is cutting it a little to close. The safest thing to do is wait until the next non stop but that isn't until 6PM.

 

I can't seem to find the specific thread (probably within a thread) of boat tours in the FLL area. Are these tours only offered thru the cruise lines? What else is there to do in the area. Shopping and drinking aren't out thing.
