aaronlisa Posted September 9, 2011 #1 Share Posted September 9, 2011 Wednesday of this week I changed my reservation from Freedom of the Seas 8/12/12 to Oasis of the Seas 8/11/12. Today I went online and was going to make a payment on my wife and I's cruise but alas there is no option for me to make a payment. I have been chatting online with a RCCL rep and they are guessing that when I switched cruises it removed me from the owner of my reservation and there is no way to get it back. Has anybody experienced this before. I don't like the idea of not being the owner of my own reservation. I don't want to have to make a phone call and talk to someone every time I want to make a payment on our cruise.
