Any ships with balconies?

Does anyone know of any of the river cruising ships that have balconies that do the eastern europe ports? My husband smokes and so far we have not been able to find a ship that allows smoking in their cabins unless they have a balcony.

Thanks

The Grand Circle ships have tiny little balconies on the uppermost deck. They have two deck chairs sitting on them facing each other. The balcony is not good for much other than a smoke or a quick look to see where you are. The main value is that it allows the sliding door to be left open and fresh air to come into the cabin during the night for sleeping. Much better than air conditioning in my humble opinion. The balconies are the width of the cabin but only about 30" deep. Clarence
