Bxc53 Posted September 21, 2011 #1 Share Posted September 21, 2011 We are researching for our second Princess cruise. On our first on the Sapphire a few years ago, there was a large bar/club that was smoke free and had some video gaming machines. It became a favorite and we enjoyed several evenings there. My question is, are there similar bars ( Smoke free, with gaming) on the other Princess ships? Thanks!

There has never been to my knowledge any area that had gaming machines in a no smoking venue. And there aren't any on any other Princess ship I've been on either. Are you sure you're thinking Princess? Also, there are no smoke free bars. Could you somehow mean the one or two nights they sometimes have a smoke free casino night? Well, this was in Fall of '07, but the bar/club was a large venue in the aft of the ship and there were spiral stairs down to a small bar with wake views. The small bar was smoking but the main club was smoke free. There were some curved bar/counter areas that had video poker, etc built in. Perhaps this has been changed since we were there. Yes, that would have been Club Fusion. It had some kind of gaming machines over in the corner when we were there several years ago.

I remember sailing on one ship where they had video poker across one back wall (not in the casino), but it was some years ago and I haven't seen anything like that since. I wish I could remember the name of the ship or even the name of the club they were in, but sorry, I just can't remember. But you are definitely remembering correctly, as I saw those also on one of the princess ships we have sailed on.
