Transportation from Houston Hotel to Galveston

I'm reading the few posts but any idea what the cost would be just for 2 people going from a hotel in Houston to the port in Galveston and then back again??

Do you have any idea where in Houston you'll be staying? Houston is VERY large geographically... it can take close to an hour just to go across the city itself. So depending on where you stay, you could be as little as 20 minutes from Galveston or well over an hour, so the cost may vary depending on how you want to travel (shuttle, taxi, limo, etc).
