lephysteria Posted April 11, 2005 #27 Share Posted April 11, 2005 Unfortunately, that picture is very real. I really wouldn't want to be on that ship! I don't know how it didn't sink!

stuffic Posted April 12, 2005 #29 Share Posted April 12, 2005 Thanks for asking, OP...I'll be in an OV on Deck 3 in about 6 weeks! :D ...and they say the lower you are on the ship the less movement you feel... Having said that...this has always made me wonder, why is it that the higher the deck, the more the cabin cost? For example, why would an OV on deck 3 cost more than one on deck 2? Is it simply that the view is considered better?
cshelden Posted April 12, 2005 #30 Share Posted April 12, 2005 We were on deck 2 on Rhapsody, it was fine had an ocean view. Seas were very calm for me anyway. I think one night I could feel some movement in the theater but that was it. We were in the middle of the ship for the most part and felt nothing for the most part. Deck 2 is quiet, you can sleep with out the noises of the upper decks etc....
