lintont Posted September 27, 2011 #1 Share Posted September 27, 2011 Hi,,we're going to have an afternoon free in St. Maarten in December and we'd love to sail. We wondered how to choose between Captain Morgan, Golden Eagle and Lord Sheffield? Anyone know? We'd love to hear your views. Thanks
suehal Posted September 27, 2011 #2 Share Posted September 27, 2011 I've done the Golden Eagle twice, and both times were fantastic!:D The Lord Sheffield is more of a pirate ship excursion, which I've seen anchored at the Divi. The people looked like they were having a good time!

johneeo Posted September 29, 2011 #4 Share Posted September 29, 2011 Thanks! Does the Golden Eagle sail much, or is it mostly motorized? Was on it twice. Did not sail at all. If you really want to sail, check out the America's Cup Yacht Race. 100% sailing, and you are racing another sailing yacht. And you can be part of the crew. Best excursion I have ever been on. That does sound exciting. We might want a more relaxing sail and not sure we'll find it, but we may try Captain Morgan. Start small. :o
