Andrea Kjeldgaard Posted March 31, 2005 #1 Share Posted March 31, 2005 Hi all, Thank you all for the wonderful information that is shared on these boards! I have been assigned Suite R411 on the Riviera Deck for an August sailing. Anyone familiar with this room who could give me some insight? Thank you! spongerob Posted March 31, 2005 #2 Share Posted March 31, 2005 All suites on the Grand-class ships are similar, with of course the exception of Owner's and Grand Suites. You will find a bedroom and sitting area that can be isolated from each other via a heavy curtain. There are separate televisions for each area. The vanity/make-up area is quite large. The closet and cabin give you lots of storage space. The bathroom is separated into two rooms. There is a jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall in one side, and the toilet and sink are on the other side. Balcony furniture is teak. The loungers have thick pads. monk888 Posted March 31, 2005 #4 Share Posted March 31, 2005 Andrea, I was in R405 on the June 26, 2004 sailing of the Caribbean Princess. It was a full suite, just a few doors down from the one you will be in. Click this link for some photos of it: http://community.webshots.com/album/163544676IXfbis The suite is beautiful. Marble floor entry and in bathroom, nice sitting area with pull out couch, two TV's, very roomy, plenty of storage and very nice! You will have a great time. We loved the Riviera Deck since it it so close to everything topside. If you walk all the way to the stern on it, you come out right by the Terrace Pool and Cafe Caribe which is my favorite area of the ship. Enjoy!
