Tips are always prepaid, I bring cash for the casino, and we book our excursions independent of the ship. The only things that we put on the S&S card is any drinks that we have onboard, the Steakhouse one night, and anything we purchase at the shops (includes tshirts, costume jewelry, etc). Whatever winnings I have in the casino are usually put towards the final bill, and anything leftover goes back into the gambling account at home.
