prekteacher904 Posted April 1, 2005 #1 Share Posted April 1, 2005 I just received a replay from the Attorney General, Charlie Crist of the state of Florida. To make a long story short here is who It was suggested that I contact: "At the state level, Florida's Dept of Ag.and Consumer Services, Division of Consumer Services, is the clearing house for all consumer complaints and has a voluntary medication program to assist individual consumers. The mailing address is:2005 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, Fla. 32399. The telephone number is 850-488-2221. That agency's website is at www.800helpfla.com" He further went on to say: Since your concerns involve a cruise, iit is suggested that you also contact the Federal Maritime Commmission's office of Consumer Complaints(OCC) for review of your concerns. You may contact the OCC by phone at 202-523-5807, by fax at 202-275-0059 or by Email at complaints@fmc.gov. I am working on everything tonight and passed the information to all 40 people in my group.
