The only time I was annoyed by a drunk person on a cruise was a few years ago when she was sitting next to me in the lounge and we were watching a comedy act. She kept getting louder and louder and started yelling things at the comedian who appeared a little flustered.

I told her she really ought to calm down because she obviously had too much to drink. This got her really riled and she went to throw her drink in my face but her glass was empty.

I decided it was time for me to leave so i got up and excused myself and said I was going to my cabin. Surprisingly, she followed me babbling the whole way. When I got to my cabin I was about 10 paces ahead of her and I quickly opened the door went in and locked it.

She started banging on the door and yelling something unintelligible. This went on for about 15 minutes until the room steward came by and opened my door and asked what was going on and let her in.

This was the first and last time my wife ever got drunk on a cruise and we have been happy ever since. :D :) :D

A few years ago DW and I were getting on the elevator going back to our cabin after a long day in port. We're hot, wet with salt water, a little sunburned, sand in every orafice, and my wife had to pee.

We get on the elevator and there is a young lady early 20s who is clearly intoxicated. DW and I had alittle buzz, but this girl was gone. We smile and make pleasentries. Suddenly she lifts her top up and shows us her nipple ring which had a little bell on it (which she had recently gotten and was obviously very proud of)

She actually asked us if we wanted to "Ring the bell" . DW and I just smile and ignore her.

Now ....the secret to my marriages sucess is that she knew damn well I was no saint when she met me ,(and has never been dillusuional enough to try and change me) and she has never been one of those "She who must be obeyed " "Yes Dear" wives.

The elevator door opens to our floor and the woman stands in the doorway of the elevator (still with her top up :)) and says in a giggley drunken way , that we can't get off unless we ring the bell.

To which my DW (who really needs to pee now) says to me "Ring her "*****" bell and make her move , before I move her and then she will really know for Whom The "*****" Bell Tolls .....*LOL*

Drunk as she was, she knew this crazy woman was serious so she moved, we got out and I never got to ring the bell. :)

I read these to my daughters and they are still howling. One of my daughters said "are you sure that dad didn't post the second one?":D

Ok so this wasn't me nor did I witness it! A friend told me that a couple years ago when she was on a cruise with her husband, one night they had way too much to drink. They started the obnoxious fighting and arguing. She went back to the room with him right behind her. She threw his pillows out into the hall and told him to go sleep up on the outside deck. The poor guy did...

Ours was also on CCL. While on our honeymoon, we took a ship excursion to do some snorkeling. On the way back there was plenty of rum punch for everyone. After we got off the little boat waiting for the bus to take us back one of the guys who had a bit too much rum punch passed by us in the line to get on the bus and in doing so stuck out a finger and poked the top of each of my boobs on the way by. My husband and I were both so stunned, we just busted out laughing.

On the same trip I accidentally flashed the whole beach but that is another story alltogether!

Not really a story but one of my favorite sayings is....If you can read this put me back up on my bar stool. It was on a tshirt when I went to New Orleans. The saying is upside down so if your on the floor you read it right. :):p If you have ever been to Bourbon Street you know what Im talking about. I havent drank that much since then. About 7 years ago. Just to warn some of you just in case you see me on a cruise. LOL!! But at least Im a quite drunk.

Ok so I was resisting telling this one but some of these are just so good that I have to throw my "hat" In the ring!

We're on an Eastern Canada Sailing out of NY(rare 7 day with 3 CDn Ports!)

and my Now DW & I are with another couple whom I Grew up with(who was then a NYC Police Dective but now ret.) and 3 other couples we met being seated at dinner with, one of whom it turns out was also just ret. off the NYPD.

THis Dude(not to disparage Bikers, some of them are good friends) of the "Unwashed biker Type" was a little rude and well over the edge intoxicant wise...

I was still a little "quiet" about what I did for My country back then, because most people don't understand(and still don't) so I didn't "advertise" like I do sometimes now, except for wearing my Dog tags, along with a medic alert one.

Well "Dude" decides since he "don't like Soldier boys too much" he's going to let me know that by physical contact. So as he's taking a swing at me and i'm raising my(metal) cane up to block his drunken swing, my Pal Excutes a perfect tackle that would have made Vince Lombardi proud, and proceeds to grab his left arm behind his back. Then he realizes that he has no "cuffs" to "hook this guy up with." By now several cruise personnel were surrounding us and security had been called. After my pal shows his tin and three cruise employees and our party all agree that I was "attacked" for no reason, DUDE was escorted to his cabin to sleep it off...

Never saw him again the rest of the cruise but the asst. "security supervisor" came to take my report the next morning told me that he was now "restricted" from indulging for the remaining day+ of the cruise and if he were to harass me, my party or anyone else he would be "detained" by Customs when we return to NY...I Guess "Dude" had a little too much "lubricant" during the Halifax Pub Crawl....

Bill(DrFootball)

"I don't subscribe to coincidence Corporal. I believe that no matter how random things may appear, there is still a plan. Here in the middle of the Mexican Desert, when I needed him the most, I find a fellow Ranger. Now I need your help to save another." Col. John "Hannibal" Smith to Corporal Bosco (B.A.) Baracus…..
