Belize Snorkeling other than Coral Breeze

We are avid snorkelers and on our last trip to Belize went with Coral Breeze. No problems with them, we'd just like another trip this time.

 

We definately like to go with the local guides, much more personal. There will be 4 of us (1 beginner, the other's advanced). Can you give me some tour operators that I can look into? We really don't want crowds (yeah right :).

Check out http://www.belizerays.com. We used them in January and were quite pleased. They have a great boat and the crew was great! The snorkeling is in combination with a stop at a cay for some beach time. You should be able to find my review on the Belize bulletin board.
