Most of Royal's ships have the capability to show your charges on the interactive TV. Mariner is one of them.

Desertbelle Posted October 7, 2011 #5 Share Posted October 7, 2011 Yes, there is an ATM on board Mariner. This is correct, BUT, I see the ATM's out of order more often than not, so I wouldn't depend on them.
wingnutphl Posted October 7, 2011 #6 Share Posted October 7, 2011 The service charge for the ATM's is around $7 per transaction.
Traveling Library Posted October 7, 2011 #7 Share Posted October 7, 2011 We bring travelers checks (yes, I know they are old-fashioned) and cash, all carefully stowed in a money belt. When needed we convert money at guest relations. Exchange rate is reasonable and we only convert what we need. Then we only carry in port what we need. The rest stays on the ship in the safe. woody73 Posted October 7, 2011 #8 Share Posted October 7, 2011 We bring travelers checks . . . When needed we convert money at guest relations. On the Mariner, will Guest Relations cash travelers checks (in US dollars) for US dollars? Is there a service charge or limit? Woody
Texmike Posted October 7, 2011 #9 Share Posted October 7, 2011 We still use travelers checks
Traveling Library Posted October 7, 2011 #10 Share Posted October 7, 2011 We've never been on the Mariner but on other RCCL ships we've cashed the US Travelers checks for USD or in Europe Euros. Never cashed more than $200 at a time so we don't know what the limit is.
