While I have found Celebrity to be the better buffet in the past I have always loved the made to order salads served in the Explorer dining room at lunchtime. Have you tried that? If so, how does it compare to the "S" class salads made to order? We will be on the Silhouette in a few weeks (Hooray!!!) and would love to see a comparable lunch. thanks.

My favorite station is the Mexican themed food,never a queue and untouched,but very tasty,it wasnt very popular on our cruise :):)
