Hard Rock Cafe

We're leaving next Sunday the 9th to do the Western Caribbean on Mariner of the Seas.

I wanted to know if anyone knows where the Hard Rock Cafe is in Grand Cayman---and is it walking distance from the pier?

Thanks in advance.

It's right by where hogshead bay, where the tenders come in. Shouldn't be hard to find. You can see it as you come in. Not sure if they are fully running yet, but they should be. Definitely can get a drink and a t-shirt.

we went there for lunch on our last cruise in november 2003. it was by far the worst experience of any restaurant on the island ( we stayed there for a week 3 years ago) or of any hard rock. and we've eaten at quite a few. the waitress was nasty and inefficent. we waited over a half hour after we ordered for our food. had to finally get the manager to get our order. also don't forget the prices are in caymen $. when you exhange your american $ it becomes quite expensive. it is witjin walking distance to the pier though. for us that was the only positive.

Just got back, ate at the Hard Rock on Thursday. There were 8 ships in port, you could barely walk around, everywhere was so crowded. The line for lunch was HUGE!! My husband had purchased a VIP card in Key West a few days before and we sailed by everyone else and were given the first available table and 10% off our meal. Even so we had to wait quite a while for our food it was so crowded. If there are going to be a lot of ships in port, find someplace else a little off the main street to eat.
