kms8066 Posted October 13, 2011 #1 Share Posted October 13, 2011 If there's a ship tour on the Epic, how do you sign up for it? What is the cost?
Single Cruiser Posted October 13, 2011 #2 Share Posted October 13, 2011 If there's a ship tour on the Epic, how do you sign up for it? What is the cost? You mean a tour of the ships Engine Room/Bridge/Galley, that sort of thing? Wasn't available when I was onboard..
Pokeraddict Posted October 13, 2011 #3 Share Posted October 13, 2011 They do run ship tours but not always depends on how busy their schedule is. If they do it they will post it in the daily news letter or you can could check with reception. The bridge tour is also often a hit and miss, sometimes we have gotten it other times we haven't. There is a charge for the tour but if your Platinum Latitudes is free so I don't know the cost. The tour is called "Behind the Scenes" .
M_J Posted October 14, 2011 #4 Share Posted October 14, 2011 If there's a ship tour on the Epic, how do you sign up for it? What is the cost? It is offered on sea days. We stopped in guest services and asked about it. We were on the ship the week of Oct 2. We booked on Monday and got the last 3 spots for Friday. The cost was $55 per person. Ask4Jay Posted October 14, 2011 #5 Share Posted October 14, 2011 We took the 'Behind the Scenes' tour on the Jewel in August. It was listed either in the Daily or on a separate flyer. Our grandson turned 12 on the cruise, and for him this tour was just awesome. We toured Food Prep, Laundry, Recycling, Theater and the Bridge. $55 pp. Engine room is out.
