Zipline Carnival excursion in Cozumel or Belize

Can anyone who has been on a zipline excursion in Cozumel or Belize please answer a question for my sister? She has had both knees replaced and really needs to go thru the surgery again, but she doesnt let it slow her down at all. She was just wondering how the landing is on each line. Does she slow down and someone helps her stop on a platform, or does she have to come to an abrupt stop on the ground? I personally think she is crazy to try, but she is too old for me to tell her what to do!

There was a group of about 10 people who did this excursion through Carnival in Belize. In our small group of friends we had a lady that has MS and a lady that had a bad ankle. There were guides at each platform to help you either stop to guide you in. Also in the entire excursion group there was a grandma and grandpa that were going and they were like 62. After hearing about our experience my grandparents, who have had back surgeries and knee surgeries, said they could've done it and wished they would've.
