Coral Breeze or Goff's Caye

We're sailing 6/19 on Elation and are torn between Coral Breeze's two-stop snorkeling excursion and an excursion to Goff's Caye (an excursion which, I think, is only available through Carnival).

Any suggestions or recommendations?

If we didn't want to take Carnival's excursion to Goff's Caye, how reliable are Belize's water taxis? Anyone know the cost of those?

Thanks,

Debbie

We picked the Goff's Caye because it was only half of the day. We spent the other half in Belize City exploring. I liked that we were able to snorkel in the morning, go back to the ship for lunch and showers, and then head into Belize City. The guides for Goff's Caye are very friendly. After you snorkel you go to a little island just for this excursion. It has a Tiki Bar and port-0-potties. You can snorkel from the beach there if you wish, but I would recommend going from the boat.
