Depends on how much time you have, and how much a car costs .... you can jump a bus downtown by the library and head out to the Turtle Farm. From the Turtle Farm, you can catch a bus and go to Hell. From Hell, you can grab a bus and have them drop you along seven mile beach as they head back to town. The buses are actually vans, not giant buses, and run fairly frequently.
