tm75 Posted November 6, 2011 #1 Share Posted November 6, 2011 First off - hiya. Long time lurker here. My wife and I are on the X Eclipse Eastern Carib in January - the ship is due to arrive in SJ at 3pm and leave at 10pm... what confuses me is that they've got the 'normal' excursions listed on the X web site - stuff like horseback riding. We'd love to do the horseback, but can't imagine that it'd run after dark. Anybody have experience with the late arrival time and excursions? Do they actually run the expeditions listed after dark or are we better off planning on wandering around Old San Juan, doing some shopping, and having a nice dinner? Thanks! JHU Posted November 6, 2011 #2 Share Posted November 6, 2011 Good question. I'm arriving on the Silhouette @ 2:00 p.m. in December and wondering how to best see SJ. It's been 30 years since last there.
