I don't know how early they start letting people in but I arrived at 10:30 (hotel checkout was 10:00) and about 100 people were already seated in the waiting room. About 30 minutes to go through security and get checked in. Boarding started about 11:40. They only had a few checkin windows open until 11:00 then they opened all the windows.

The hotel shuttle driver told us we wouldn't be allowed into port before 11:30 but we took a taxi and had no problem getting in. We watched the hotel shuttles and airport busses arrive from the Lido deck :).

We have always left the hotel about 9, and at the pier by 9:30. Only had to wait a short time for someone to get your luggage, and were inside the building by 10:00. Usually started boarding by 11:15. We are always the first group to board after VIP and weddings. There is a nice place to sit inside and wait, and it is always fun to visit with the other cruisers.
