Freeport (non-beach day) ideas?

Taking the NCL Sky in 2 weeks with 3 friends and we'll be stopping for full days in Freeport, Nassau & Great Stirrup Cay. Freeport will be our first stop. We will most likely be doing beach days the other two days of our trip, so we want something different in Freeport.

 

Any recommendations for fun excursions in Freeport? We are considering horseback riding with Trikk Pony, a visit to Lucaya National Park to see the caves... what else can we do there?

 

Other suggestions for 4 moms on a getaway?

Are the caves worth seeing at the National Park? Is the drive too long or worth it?

i was hoping someone would have responded to this. we will be going to freeport for a full day also and i was hoping to find out fun things to do there!
