Is there anyway to go to Stingray city than joining a tour?

Hello guys

 

I am planning my first visit to Antigua

The places I wanna go are stingray city, shirley height & some nice beaches

But I searched online, if I wanna do both stingray city & shirley heights, I gotta join the tour for USD 40+50=90 USD, and I won't have time for any beach near the pier,

 

I am wondering if there is any bus that goes to Stingray city then we can take buses to other beaches? I might have to skip shirley height if that is the case.

 

Also if I take a cab to Stingray city, how much will be the cost for 2 persons? If it is more than 18 USD, I'd rather join the tour from our cruiseship at 59USD and spend the afternoon on a beach near the pier.
