Sent Feedback to Carnival and Immediately Received the Online Survey...

:rolleyes: What are we looking at :confused:

 

That would clearly be my INBOX showing that I received an auto response from Carnival when I submitted feedback AND then I immediately received the online survey from the cruise I completed yesterday.

 

Date and time stamp the same. I can't believe I got the Survey at the exact same instant I received the auto response from the Feedback I submitted. NO WAY it is not related.

So maybe that's the trick to always getting the survey. Will try that if I don't get one in December.

 

I was just on the Imagination in October, my 3rd Carnival cruise, with 4 friends who were newbies with Carnival. 2 of them got the survey when we returned. I have yet to get one. Can't figure out how they decide who gets one.
