COUGZ Posted April 7, 2005 #1 Share Posted April 7, 2005 Not sure if I should take a cab, rent a car, etc.... How much would cab fare be from the airport to the port? We are staying at the Marriott at the airport.
matt32703 Posted April 7, 2005 #2 Share Posted April 7, 2005 If you are staying at the Marriott ... call them and ask if they will take you to the port. You never know ........
utvolfans Posted April 8, 2005 #3 Share Posted April 8, 2005 It was our first cruise, and we took the transfer. This was a Greyhound bus from the airport that took us directly to the port. It was wonderful. We didn't have to fool with the traffic, worry about getting lost, or worry about getting there on time. It costs a little extra, but so does a cab, etc.
PEBBarney Posted April 8, 2005 #4 Share Posted April 8, 2005 The easiest way is to just take a cab. It's $20 plus tip from the airport to the pier. By taking a cab you can get to the pier as early or late as you like, instead of being on the schedule of the ships transfers.

bubbie617 Posted April 14, 2005 #6 Share Posted April 14, 2005 A cab is by far the easiest way. If you take the transfers, you have to wait for the bus, wait for it to fill up and then get herded to the pier. A cab is much more elegant. Just hop in. It's not a very long trip. Have fun!!!
