Cooking in Cozumel

After a zillion trips to Cozumel, we were delighted to see that RCCL now offers a shore excursion where you can take a cooking class from a local chef and then sample your own cuisine.

 

Has anyone taken this? How was it? What did you cook? Was the kitchen clean and air-conditioned? Would you recommend it?

 

Enquiring minds want to know!
