Cave tubing cancellation policy

My BF and I reserved a cave tube tour with BZ in Belize with another couple so we are a party of 4. The other couple is not sure yet if that's what they want to do. If they decide not to come with us will I be charged a fee for them not showing up? We pay in cash at the end of the tour.

We are also booked with them for our cruise in January. From my conversations with them, it doesn't seem like you would be charged for your friends not showing up. However, it does cost the company money if people don't show up (for arrangements, etc), so it would probably be best to be able to let them know ahead of time. I've found that .bz have been very nice and helpful with our booking... why not shoot 'em an email or phone call and just ask? :)

I concur. We were with VIV, but I suspect the policies are the same. They do not collect a deposit so there is no penalty for cancellation. But it would be courteous to let them know in advance so that they are not holding a spot for them.

we just did a tour with .BZ last week and I do believe they require some advance notice for cancellations. They are a small, family run operation and do need to pre-plan and they would probably lose some money if you cancelled on them same day.
