Rain on our cruise

Hi There!

 

Next week we're taking a cruise from the Pacific NW to Belize, Roatan, Cozumel and Costa Maya. What a disappointment to see rain on the forecast at EVERY one of our stops. Is anyone familiar with the rain there? Is it like Hawaii where it comes in spurts, dumps, then is sunny for the day? Trying to plan our activities around this, but I just don't know what we're looking at. Thanks for any advice you may have!! :) Michelle

Our most recent trip on the Spirit left us with rain all but one day. It was mostly drizzly with times of just over-cast. One night it rained hard and we rock-n-rolled a bit. But it was a lot warmer than home, so I was good with it. Our day in Cozumel turned out perfect.

We had rain last week too, but we did get in 2 nice days. It's really luck of ythe draw this time of year.

 

The perfect thing about cruising is that there is still so much to do. In Honduras it was raining while we were ziplining and it was pretty neat actually. we also still went to the beach afterwards and made the best of it.

 

Just stay positive and try to make the best of the situation!
