Prescription Goggles?

Hi. We plan on doing some snorkeling and the Stingray City tour. Problem....DH has glasses and cannot see very well without them. Does anyone know if they rent prescription goggles here? We know they make them as we've rented them before (in Hawaii) just don't know if they're available elsewhere too. Thank you for your replies and any suggestions.

Well, I'll take a stab. Prescription masks can be purchased from around $60 and up, which is one option.

The two dive shops I know of in the immediate area of the tender docks are Abanks and Eden Rock. You can try emailing them to see what they might have and how much. Allow enough time before and after any tour and/or last tender to pick up/return.

You can try emailing the popular Stingray tours of your choice to see if they have or could arrange for.

And in case you really meant googles instead of mask:

hubby bought his percription mask( used twice) on ebay from a guy who got vision correction surgery. Cost him $12 with shipping. Masks seemed to go very cheap, people looking for others who could really use them. Not the trying to make a buck like other ebay items.

I wear disposable contact lens without any problems, I use them for the week, cleaning and disinfecting them as usual. When my snorkeling is done I throw them out. I use these for snorkeling only. I've never had a problem snorkeling in them....which I believe is not recommended for diving.
