Price Drop after final payment

Interiors (like I purchased) are cheaper than what I paid and ocean view is the same as what I paid for an interior.

Does RC offer OBC or upgrades in situations like this?

If you booked your cruise prior to May 17, 2010, you would be entitled to any and all price reductions up until 72 hours prior to departure.

If you purchased on or after May 17, 2010 and if there is a cabin category higher than what you have purchased priced lower than or the same as what you paid, you can request an upgrade.

Make sure that the lower prices are not for "new bookings only".

Just got off the phone. Got the upgrade to obstructed view. the view is obstructed by life boats. figured an obstructed view is better than no view in an interior so I'm happy. Hopefully, my travel partner is cool with it since I didn't consult with her before I upgraded...lol.
