Constellation happy hours

Anyone recently back from the Constellation and remember (or have the daily papers that list this), Happy Hours at the martini bar from say 5-6pm and then again 11-12 pm, something like this?

We enjoyed this on our Constellation cruise this past Feb and are sailing again Feb.'12.
