SCUBA - Nassau or Coco Cay?

Cruising RCL to Nassau and Coco Cay in January 2012. Researching SCBUA in Nassau turns up Stuart Cove's and not much else. Since we won't be arriving until noon, that may or may not work. I see a lot of comments that the shark dive is good but that the reefs are denuded from the Lionfish.

 

So I'm wondering if I should try to book a dive trip in Nassau, or if I should bypass Nassau and book an excursion through RCL at Coco Cay?

If you don't arrive till noon, you will most probably miss the 12:15 bus to Stuart Cove's. So that is out.

Yeah, the rep from Stuart Cove's said the only option is to book through the cruise ship, which is pretty expensive, and it seems like Stuart Cove's is the only option in Nassau.
