So...can I take a bottle of margarita (for me) and cosmo (for the DW) mixer in my carry-on in addition to the 1 case of soda per person? If not, I will use the lemonade from lido and limes from room service for margaritas and carry on some single serve cranberry juices for cosmos instead of 1 of the cases of soda. It would just be easier if I could take the mixers. It makes me want a margarita right now just thinking about it! Thanks in advance for your help! Sailing in 31 days!!!:D

The limit is 12 non alcoholic beverages up to 20 oz each pp

Yes - you can bring on non-alcoholic mixers.......we often buy the vodka from BV and then bring on tonic water and cranberry juice......we have even brought vermouth and they let us on with that :)

Last cruise, I put my mixers in my checked luggage. While they did search my luggage (left me a note), they did not take them. They were only looking for liquor.

I also "Bon Voyage" my cruise. Rum is my poison and straight up or on ice will do just fine, hold the mixers. Though mixed with the morning passion/guava mix from breakfast works wonders. :)

Be certain your mixers are in a bottle or can 20 ounces or less. They are part of your 12 per person allowance - not in addition to. It's 12 total nonalcoholic beverages up to 20 oz each.

I took a bottle of olive juice (mmmmm... martinis) in addition to my 12-pack of Diet Coke with no problem. It was within the 20 oz. guidlines.
