Adventure of the Sea - Main dining question

Hi everyone! :)

My dh and I along with another couple are sailing on the Adventure Feb.19 and we have a question for someone who is recently back.

Would someone mind letting me know what nights of the cruise are formal nights and which of the formal nights would be "lobster night"? We are trying to decide which night to go to Portofino and no one wants to miss the lobster ;)

I recently read a thread from cruisers who had recently done a B2B on the Adventure. They stated formal nights were Monday and Thursday, and Lobster Night was Friday.
