batman1975 Posted January 5, 2012 #1 Share Posted January 5, 2012 Hi Everyone, A friend of mine has reserved a cruise for a group of 25. Apparently their travel agent screwed up, and put them on My Time Dining. Their Travel Agent said they can't do anything now until they board the ship. Anyone have any suggestions? They would prefer to switch to the late seating. They understand they would not be seated together, but expect they would be at adjacent tables. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks! rjjjcj Posted January 5, 2012 #2 Share Posted January 5, 2012 They can all access their account online & try and make reservations for mytime dining ahead of time. Maybe they can get similar times. Earlier is better & maybe talk to the Maitre'd upon boarding to see if their tables can be adjacent. Also, if they plan on doing any of the specialty restaurants they can book that online ahead of time.
batman1975 Posted January 5, 2012 Author #3 Share Posted January 5, 2012 They've tried to book the reservation online, but once the system sees 10 people reserved for one time, it says the 'My Time' dining is full. It sounds like their only option is to changing to non-My Time dining. Accommodating 25 people together once they are onboard at adjacent tables sounds difficult.
