How about Banana Bank? I believe these two are the same.

I read a couple of really good reviews on Banana Bank on this site. Do a search and it will bring them up. We're cruising in December and I've already booked with them. They do a combo horseback riding/river boat thing that includes lunch for $89 per person. They pick you up and bring you back to the docks. If you don't horseback ride they do a longer boat ride for $60 per person. Check out their website http://www.bananabank.com/

Found out that Banana Bank and Jungle Dome are practically the same place. Sent both an email and only Jungle Dome responded. Belizecruiseexcursion has a nice interactive website with live help, but the horseback riding is probably not as "rigorous" as Banana Bank/Jungle Dome.
