Now charging for parking at Port Canaveral Radisson?

We stayed at Radisson at the Port in April 2011 and used their park and shuttle service at no charge(reserved in advance as an add-on to our room but wasn't booked as the actual "Park & Cruise Package.) We are going to be there in February for another FOS cruise; booked our rooms, at that time scheduled our group for the 11:30am shuttle, and no parking/shuttle charge was mentioned. I've seen it mentioned recently that they are charging now to park there for the week and a per person charge for the shuttle...has anyone recently stayed who can provide any information on this? I recall even when we were there in April someone said they do "technically" charge for it as the Park & Cruise package , but if booked on it's own, is not charged. We are a group of 12 so I'm trying to figure out if it is cheaper to use the hotel services or just drive ourselves to Park & Cruise?
