tarahumphrey Posted January 20, 2012 #1 Share Posted January 20, 2012 I recently booked and paid a deposit a JS on Liberty on March. When I log into my reservation I am receiving a message that says that "the previously selected room is no longer available for the offered price. Please make a different selection". Did I lose my room???
packedandready Posted January 20, 2012 #2 Share Posted January 20, 2012 Why don't you give them a call and see what they show on there end.

travelgrl1278 Posted January 20, 2012 #4 Share Posted January 20, 2012 I'm unable to call until tomorrow. I was hoping to find some insight in the meantime. The website is notorious for errors. Your very best bet is calling in the morning. That is the only way to get the correct answer. Best of Luck!
kruzerci Posted January 20, 2012 #5 Share Posted January 20, 2012 It's probably a website error, as usual. If it isnt fixed in the morning, call them!
uksimonusa Posted January 20, 2012 #6 Share Posted January 20, 2012 Were you checking prices while logged into your reservation, this can sometimes result in a room change
Granny&Pap Posted January 20, 2012 #7 Share Posted January 20, 2012 Try calling 1-866-562-7625 (24/7) Tried to book a cruise on line; and couldn't. Called that number and talked to one of the nicest Royal Reps. He did the best he could but the ship was booked solid and couldn't help me. Worth a try for 'peace of mind'. Thanks for posting that phone number. It saved me from looking for it myself. I called this morning and I still have my JS, which is all that mattered to me in the first place. I may poke around later, outside of my reservation to see if the rates have gone up. I'm suspecting that's what the message means but as far as my reservation goes, it's all good with the JS at the price I reserved it at. Needless worry on my part.
