Are you talking about the $50 Mastercard OBC promotion that came and went a while back? We applied on time but it hasn't shown up on our cruise documents yet-and we're sailing next Sunday.

Ditto. We sail Saturday and have not seen ours either.

Lots of people have reported that it didn't show up until a day or two before and some even said it didn't show up until they were on the ship.

 

I don't think anyone has reported that they haven't gotten theirs.

We got it on our New Years Eve cruise on the Miracle. Nice.:)

Received the credit for two of my cabins on Glory departure 12/18/2011. The credit appeared on my online docs a few days ahead of time and credit was posted correctly when we boarded. Worked just fine.
